Note that this area of Oswald West should not be hiked by novice hikers or anyone without some climing experience. There are high winds and loose rocks. I think it might be restricted now. There wasn't any signs the last time I went hiking there but someone had told me that many people have fallen. The view is great. I can see people getting caught off guard by a gust of wind while checking out the scenery. I can't stress this enough. If you do decide to venture beyound the parking area but extremely cautious.
